About the Blog
I started this blog back in 2007, shortly after Russ joined the Utah National Guard. I started it as a way to share our family, our faith, and our joy in serving. It started out as mostly text - until I realized that I could upload pictures! Then I never stopped! I love taking pictures of our family, and of the fun adventures we have. The blog was public at first, but I changed it to a private blog after beginning to post pictures of the kids.
After my divorce and remarriage I made it public again. Comments are moderated, and I will not be posting new posts. Check out our new blog: The Mixed Up Family of the Andrewleys
About The Rowley Family
O Pai and the mama met in January 2005 in a German class at BYU. They started dating in May 2005 while living in the FLSR's German House. They were engaged in September and sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple in December 2005. Their first addition (little Vincente) came in 2007. Russ joined the Utah Army National Guard in December 2007. He graduated from BYU in June 2008, graduated from Army BCT in November 2008, graduated from DLI in April 2010 (in Chinese!) and is currently at AIT for the Army. Rebecca graduated from BYU in December 2008. Joseline was born in 2009, bringing the number of Rowleypolys to four. In August 2010, we adopted two black lab puppies, Doc and Lucy. In 2013 we added Seth, and later that year we were divorced. Later that same year, Mamae got remarried, and now we are starting a new blended-family adventure!
